Wer unseren Shop auf gegen-Augenringe.info schon nach Produkten gegen geschwollene Augen und Augenringe durchforstet hat, hat sicher festgestellt das in vielen der empfohlenen Cremes und Augenstiften Koffein enthalten ist.
Koffein hat eine hautstraffende Wirkung, es stimuliert die Durchblutung und verleiht einen rosigen Teint (Quelle: Wikipedia). Somit wirkt Koffein gegen Schwellungen der Haut, also auch gegen geschwollene Augen.
Koffein ist ja bekanntlich in der Kaffeebohne hochkonzentriert enthalten. Bei einem Selbstversuch wollte ich testen ob Koffein bei Augenringen und geschwollenen Augen, wirklich eine lindernde Wirkung erzielt.
Hierfür benutze ich alten Kaffeesatz aus einer Vollautomatenmaschine. Eine kleine Menge des Kaffeepulvers mit etwas Wasser verrühren und für eine Weile in den Kühlschrank stellen. (bringt zusätzlich eine kühlende Wirkung).
Die Kaffee-Wasser Masse auf die Augenringe und die geschwollenen Augenlider mit dem Finger auftragen (siehe Bild). Die Einwirkzeit ist beliebig. Ich habe bei diesem Versuch die Masse ca. 20 Minuten einwirken lassen. Anschließend einfach mit lauwarmem Wasser abspülen. Der Effekt ist deutlich sichtbar:
Die Augen sehen frischer aus und die Schwellung ist verschwunden.
Folglich halten Augencremes und Stifte, die Koffein enthalten, wirklich was sie versprechen. Wem also die „Hausmittel-Variante“ zu aufwendig und vielleicht auch zu „schmierig“ ist, empfehle ich als Mittel gegen Augenringe und geschwollene Augen diese Produkte. (Siehe Augencreme Shop)
Hinzuzufügen ist noch, dass die Wirkung mit frischem Kaffeepulver durchaus noch besser ist, da im aufgebrühten Kaffeesatz nur noch „Restkoffein“ enthalten ist. Wer stolzer Besitzer einer Kaffeepadmaschine ist, kann einfach die alten Pads benutzen.
Ich möchte mal nur wichtig zum lesen. Ich habe auch Augenringen Problem.
